It is a strictly first come, first serve basis. The tickets sell out immediately. The closest airport to Tomorrowland is Brussels and from there there are also shuttles that will take you from the airport directly to Dream Ville.
The theme of Tomorrowland 2019 is the Book of Wisdom. It is actually a returning stage from Tomorrowland 2012.
You pay for everything with tokens that you can pre- purchase at the festival. It is a cashless festival.
